As a Mortgage Loan Officer with HomeBanc, Ed is a 25 year veteran of the financial services industry, which includes 10 years with one of the nation's largest mortgage banking/servicing institutions.  He transferred permanently with that company from Dallas, Texas to the Clearwater area in 1996 to open their first West Florida branch office.  In reality, however, Ed has been a part-time area homeowner since 1979.

Ed originates loans in all categories (Conventional, FHA/VA) however his extensive business background has given him a special expertise in handling the nuances of jumbo/super jumbo financing and the often complex needs of the buyers involved.  This expertise extends to condominiums and PUDS, of which he has financed in excess of $100,000,000.  Many of Ed's clients have turned to him multiple times for new loans, which is testimony to the ongoing professionalism of his service.

Ed and his wife, Janna, reside on the Sand Key section of Clearwater and are active in a variety of local affairs.  In their leisure, they enjoy boating and golf and are active members of both the Clearwater Yacht Club and the Belleair Country Club.  Together they share 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
